NAFA held the first of the early morning matches on Rackerhayes last weekend. Winner on the day was Gary Webber from peg 110 on Dores Pond with 9 Bream and a Tench on feeder fished pellet for 23k 800g. Second was Phil Coles from peg 2 on Island Pond with 4 Tench and a Carp, on the same tactics, for 12k 700g. Third was David Campbell with 5 Tench from the back pool of Island for 8k 200g.

Round 3 of the Tackle Trader Evening League was held on Wapperwell last Wednesday - Gary Webber again ran out winner from peg 17 with a waggler and pellet caught mixed bag of 12k 660g. Second was David Campbell on peg 3 with 10k 100g and third was Elliott Fay on peg 4 with 5k 300g.

The first round of the Teign Trophy Junior Summer League was held on Key Pond with Ashley Smith coming first with 3k 800g of Roach and Skimmers. Second was Sam Powell with 3k 100g and third was Liam Dore with 2k 900g.

Elsewhere Adam Bojar fished Dores Pond and had a superb Tench of 9lb 12oz. Richard Hamlyn fished Island and caught Tench of 8lb 12oz, 7lb 13oz and 6lb. Steve Walker fished Dores Pond and had 13 Bream, 2 Eels and Tench on feeder and pellet.
Fish Weedy for Carp to 14lb and Tench to 6lb, Spring and Charlecombe for Carp on maggot, corn or pellet.
The first of the All Night Trophy matches will be held this Saturday night at Rackerhayes, draw will be held in the car park at 5.45 pm, please book in for the match with Max.
