Last weekend was the third N.A.F.A Early Morning Match at Rackerhayes.


Winner on the day was Dickie Mortimore from Peg 24 on Island Pond with 7 tench and 3 eels on waggler and feeder with maggot as bait, for 13k 940g. Second was Jamie Pearce from the "Cowshed" peg 96 on Linhay with 7 tench on pole and caster for 13k 140g, and third was Phil Coles on Dores Pond, peg 111 with 4 bream and a tench for 11k 450g.


The latest round of the Tackle Trader Evening Series was held on Key Pond. Winner on the night was Matt Pickup with 6k 400g of roach and skimmers on the pole from peg 13, second was Mike Hadley with all skimmers for 5k 500g from peg 14.


Eddison and Sawmills continue to produce skimmers, bream and the odd carp. Fish Bradley for roach and skimmers, Wapperwell for mixed bags & Spring and Charlecombe for carp to double figures.


The Jubilee Match will take place this Sunday on Key & Bradley Ponds.
