i just wondered if you can catch pike at night?

Hmm!!! I seem to remeber reading about the odd fish being caught - it is unusual. When I have fished for eels with deadbaits on the Ship Canal I haven't caught any inj the dark but frequently pick up a pike or two once it gets light. A good time for Pike is generally dusk and I usually fish half an hour after dark and I often catch a fish then when I haven't had a sniff all day. Its a funny old game!!!
