September Committee Meeting.
Notes from September's Committee Meeting.
The main items discussed were the AGM , Stocking Plans and work for the coming year. The key points were as follows:
1. AGM to be held at the Recreational Trust, Newton Abbot on Friday October 23rd. An agenda and the exact time for the meeting will be posted to all members shortly.
2. 60 to 70 Carp of between 3 and 10 lb to be sourced and stocked in Island and Dores Pond. Club to stock Tench in Bradley, Weedy and Linhay, up to 100 between the waters and stock pond on Linhay. Silverfish to be stocked in Wheel and some larger Bream to be stocked in Island.
3. Work to be carried out on all waters, major works planned for Dores, Linhay, Wapperwell and Wheel. If possible major work to connect pipe and clear flow between Dores, Island and First.
