The latest round of the Tackle Trader Winter League was held on Bradley Pond last weekend.
Winner on the day was Mark Newman on Peg 9 with 4k 850g of quality roach and skimmers on 5 metre pole and pinkie. Second was Mark Cousins on Peg 8 with four good skimmers on the feeder for 2k 600g and third was Rick Johnston on Peg 7 with 2k 100g of roach on the pole.
The next match is on Wapperwell this Sunday, please book in with Max .
Elsewhere, at Rackerhayes, Dores is starting to produce tench to 7lb on feeder and maggot, carp are still slow though. Fish Wheel Pond for carp to 4lb, Weedy for odd carp and tench, Key for roach, skimmers and big perch, Eddison for silvers. Wapperwell for mixed bags of carp and skimmers, Spring and Charlecombe for carp to double figures.
